Historical tick data - Zenfire

Hi,

I have some problems with historical tick data for the Zenfire feed.

Couldn't "connect to Ninjatrader data server (64.202.118.132:31654)" since I installed the newest version of NT6.5, keeps appearing in the "Log" tab.

So I created a new connection (same account settings), used it to connect, error message is NOT there anymore. HOWEVER, chart perpetually at loading stage (2 days of 150 tick data).

1) Could it be because I'm doing this on Saturday/Sunday? Is there a better time to do historical data?

2) Any advice on how to save historical charts/data on my PC and keep updating them everyday?

Please go to Tools--> Account Connections--> Zen-Fire--> Change.

Then make sure you have Enabled checked.

Once you load the charts once the data should be stored in your database and the load time should go down.

I have the 'Historical Data option' enabled.

1) I can't seem to load historical TICK data for the past 48 hours. It's stuck at the 'loading data' step. Loading hourly bars is a breeze, no poblems whatsoever. Any ideas & solutions?
