New Install, no real time data

    New Install, no real time data

    I haven't been on line for several months. I did a fresh install of NT7 and put in my name and password for Continuum Data Service. I get connected okay with historical and replay data downloading. I get no real time tics.

    I haven't had this problem before; am I missing something?

    Hello roscoelewis,

    Thank you for contacting us for support. You will need to disconnect from Continuum and reset NinjaTrader's instrument list:

    Open the Options menu (Tools > Options)

    In the Data tab, click 'Reset Instruments'

    Restart NinjaTrader.


    After restarting please reconnect to your data provider and reload chart data. Please contact us if we may be of any further assistance.
