Error: continuum demo there can only be one CQC adapter running at a time

Hello,
When I try to connect to continuum demo through the NinjaTrader 8 platform, i get error :
ninjatrader continuum demo there can only be one CQC adapter running at a time. (Logon failed)

Help me please.

Hello soma8,

The error indicates you are already connected to a CQG/Continuum connection in NinjaTrader. You cannot connect to 2 CQG/Continuum connections simultaneously in NinjaTrader. Please go to Control Center-->Connections and disconnect the current connected connection. Subsequently try the demo connection again.

But I'm not connecting to a CQG/Continuum connection in NinjaTrader, i just start NinjaTrader 8 platform and try to connect for the first time.

Could it be you have NinjaTrader 7 running that is connected to a CQG/Continuum connection? If not, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support in NinjaTrader 8. Put 'Att Jason, Error: continuum demo there can only be one CQC adapter running at a time' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
