ASX data and Interactive Broker

i have been trying to load ASX stocks onto ninjatrader all morning, but i keep getting blank charts, how can i get ASX data ?

information that may help answer the question
- i am using leased version of NT
- connected to a IB TWS (simulated)
- i have gone trough the instrument management and selected the ASX exchange along with default
- in the misc tab i have typed the symbol as it appears on TWS

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20160524.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20160524.txt"

thanks for the quick reply
i found the problem, i was connected to the wrong data feed (missed the small details)
but there is something else you can help me with
i have opened a NT and IB chart along side but they are giving different results (0.01c off)
in the data series section i have checked the price is based on "last"

i have sent the files
BTW i sent 20160525 instead of 20160524
as i live in Australia where it is the 25-May-16

the same issue came back the data is not loading (refer to first post)
this time i am connected to IB
why ??
information that may help
- i am connected to two data feeds IB and Kinetick, for IB i have live data for ASX but for kinetick i dont have ASX data (they dont have ASX equities, ridiculous)
- when i only connect to IB it works, but i want both data feeds
