Cant open fxcm demo account

Hello,

I have a client in Missuri and we are trying to open a fxcm account through ninjatrader brokerage.

When we press open an account to start the proccess we take page cannot be found.





One other thing is that I dont see in his ninjatrader the option to add ninjatrader fxcm connection.He has live license and currently he uses connection with rithmic.
