ninja trader lease plan

I'm ready to make trades with ninja trader platform, just want to know a few things

1)If I Lease ninja trader With the plan
$180 quarterly: auto renewal, is there a contract that I have to get into or can I just cancel at the end of 3 months without any consequences

2)If I buy ninja trader after the first quarter do I have to pay $180 + $999 or $999-$180

3) also when i lease ninjatrader can i use it on multiple computers (one on the cloud server and one at home)?

Thank you for the post.

1) Yes, you can cancel any time prior to your renewal of this license key.

2) The full amount of lease payments would not apply towards the purchase of a Lifetime License Key.

In the case that you purchase a leased version of NinjaTrader, we allow you the ability to change to our Lifetime License at any time. NinjaTrader will pro-rate any unused lease/subscription time towards your Lifetime License change.

3) You can use NinjaTrader on as many computers as you like as long as they aren't running at the same time.
