When I use the "Flatten Everything" option, it works as expected. It cancels all orders and positions. However, when I use the Chart Trader option, "Close at Time", it doesn't appear to work at all. Long story short, I have a day strategy that I want all positions closed at the end of the day. Then I have a couple swing strategies where I want to keep the positions open until they run their course. That said, I configured the Flatten time in the Misc tab, but left the Flatten All box unchecked. I then set all my charts with the day strategy to "Close At Time". However, when the time comes, none of the positions are closed and none of the limit orders are canceled.
I have been paper trading this in Sim, but plan to go live next month. Is this a issue with the Sim or something else? Am I using this option as intended or is their another way to accomplish this?
