    Removal of erroneous SIM order

    Hi,

Is it possible to remove an order that was incorrectly executed in the SIM account?

I had an order that I was unable to go flat with when trading opened today and I just closed the NT platform. When I reopened NT later today the position was closed and gave me an extra 850 or so profits.. Which I don't want because it is fking up my stats.. Can I remove this single entry or do I have to reset the whole thing? (which I really dont want to do).

    Thanks in advance,
    Martin

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

To remove an execution please go to the Executions tab of the Control Center->Right click on the execution->Remove then disconnect and reconnect.

The order appears again after reconnecting. I guess it's because there is no entry to remove, there is only an exit available in the executions tab..

After removing the execution can you please disconnect->Go to Tools->Options->Data tab->Repair DB then reconnect and let me know if the execution appears again.

Unfortunately the position returns. My SIM account balance also increases after each turn..

Now the open position is gone. My account balance is off though. Is there a way to restore it to what it was before this position messed it up?

The only way to adjust the PnL would be to add a trade to the database that would offset the difference. To add a trade right click within the Executions tab->Add then add a Buy and a Sell execution. After adding the executions disconnect then reconnect.
