accounts deleted - error message

Hello,

I have deleted script strategies and I have deleted sim accounts because I dont need them anymore after testing.

Now, when I want to add strategy there appear the error message - here in the attachment - for every strategy (that is not there anymore).

I have already Simulator reset and options-data-reset DB.

But after re-starting NT7 the messages appear again.

Thank you for your post.

The message indicates a workspace or template is looking for this strategy or even the database is attempting to load the strategy but cannot find it.

Please go to Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Strategy and ensure all templates for the removed strategies are deleted.

Make sure to save your workspaces to ensure they are no longer attempting to load missing files.

Hello Patrick,

thank you for your reply. I have deleted the strategies, they do not appear anymore. But the messages show that strategies, even when not there. The reason is - I had this few months ago - when there was a sim-accouont saved in the parameters as default. I added accounts with same name and could resolve it this way.

That time I had only 2 sim accounts to test. Now I had many more accounts to analyse results for different strats. I dont know the names, and moreover the scripts are not there anymore to save them with the accounts.

Tony,

Did you remove the templates for the strategies? Were there any templates for the removed strategies under Documents\NinjaTrader 7\templates\Strategy.
