Applied Reality Trading and Candlesticks

I'm on free trial of ART(TradersCoach) which seems to override the default candlestick charting in NT. The only candlestick indicator I can access in the Indicators are patterns, which is not what I want.

Am I making sense? I only see OHLC bars in red or green. The Control Centre has no option to view the type of charts we want.

Sorry, I don't follow.
- as you hadn't ART software installed: did NT work as expected?
- after you now installed ART software NT no longer is working as expected?

If so, then please contact ART support for clarification or uninstall ART software to get NT back to normal.

Before ART, yes, prices appeared in requested Candle format; after ART, only OHLC format. Yes, it's prob their software, altho I've seen Candles with ART in eSignal.
