Connecting NT brokerage via CQG

    Connecting NT brokerage via CQG

    Having trouble connecting To CQG now 5-14-2016 ( 3:05 p.m. EST). Am trying to do some back testing by unable to connect ... getting the following message:

    " Login failed: An Unspecified Error Has Ocurred. Please Contact Support Desk "

    Also attached a picture in the thumbnail below.

    Everything was working and connecting yesterday.
    Is this the time of day that maintenance is occurring ?? Thanks for anybody answering if someone is out there.

    I get the same message trying to do the same thing; I am almost sure its weekend maintenance.

        Thanks for your post.

        For anyone who has run into this so far, I would be happy to review your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

        The log file will be named "log.20160515.txt"

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

        The trace file will be named "trace.20160515.txt"

        I look forward to hearing from you.

          Unable to connect today

          Ninja has run perfectly for me until this am, it's hanging up on startup, had to delete the process twice, then uninstalled program and reloaded, no change. Having removed the program, my log and trace are new.
          Thanks for any help
