Setting alert for size on bid or ask

Is it possible to set an alert where the size on bid or ask => a certain size. I've looked all over and kind any info on this

thank you for the reply, looks like ninjatrader can't do it

Ninja is able to do this. I am attaching a picture of the Condition Builder screen you saw on that video which is configured to allow you to do this.

On the left hand side :

• Price Data -> Bid
  • Offset type : Ticks
  • Offset : 0

Operation : >=


On the right hand side :

• Misc -> Numeric Value
  • Value : (whatever you would like your certain value to be)
