NT very slow and Not Responding

I've been using another platform for a while but coming back to NT now I am still getting very poor performance/slow response from NT with frequent grey-out/not responding. I have very few indicators loaded and I built the workspaces from scratch last time we looked at this back in April. I'm using a heavy duty PC with 24Gb RAM and have no issues with any other programs/other platforms (although did look at NT8 a few weeks ago and also had similar performance issues). Can you please advise what the issue might be? Thanks, Tony

What is the systems performance like when you start with a blank workspace and test without any custom scripts?
