Historical Data Not Showing

Hi
I am having problems with historical data. I have downloaded minute charts for ZC (Corn Futures) dating from 1 Jan 2016 until present from my data provider (IQFeed). I can draw a volume profile back until 16.04.25, but no further.

I have tried downloading tick data too, but that does not solve the problem.
I have tried various contracts (including continuous contract), but to no avail.

I have reloaded all data and options/data/get data from server (if possible) is checked.

What am I doing wrong?

Your volume profile indicator uses tick data to calculate and plot.

When requesting tick data from IQFeed between the hours of 9:30am ET to 4:30pm ET you will have access to 8 days of historical tick data. This is why you only see 8 days of data for your volume profile indicator.

You should be able to request additional historical tick data outside of these hours.
