Collective2 order error signal processing

Hello:
I am auto trading an strategy with IB and Collective2. Yesterday my system generated 4 trades. The entry orders worked fine but then after two partial exits one of them failed. From that point on the orders to Collective2 stop. All the order to IB worked fine. The message that pop it required NT to be restarted. This is kind of a problem since I have multiple charts loaded in TS that are tracking orders in NT. Not sure what will happen if I restart NT. The best option for me is to fix this problem or at least understand why it happens. I am currently running NT 6.5 1000.2 (Live). It might also help to receive email when this happens. Is there anyway to set this up?
