Futures Data (YM, TF, FDAX)

Good morning - I am unable to receive live data for the YM,TF, and FDAX. If I reload the historical data it will show current price action but i cannot receive the live feed. Other futures such as ES, NQ, and 6E work fine. I have tried resetting the instruments but it did not help. Thank you.

This could happen for several reasons, but the two most likely would be that:

• Your account connection is not enabled for these exchanges
• Your account connection is enabled, but you are viewing expired contracts

There would not be a way for me to tell what is occurring without further information. Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Thank you Patrick I just sent the log. If my account is not enabled for these exchanges is there a way I can view the list of what is enabled for my account? I am looking for other futures markets to trade with my current account. Thanks again.

I would recommend reaching out to your broker for more information about what exchanges you are enabled for, and what exchanges are available to you.
