Demo live data not running

Hi!

Yesterday I bought Ninja and I wanted to have DEMO live data for my testing trades.
I received the email with a username and password to set up the demo live connection but its not possible to make it run.
The message of "login or password incorrect" always appears.

Can u help me?

Hello Alvaro1982,

Could it be you did not enable 'Demo' when you created the connection? Can you please recreate the connection and make sure the username and password are entered correctly (case sensitive).

- Please go to the Tools menu> select 'Account Connections'> highlight the connection> click Remove
- Restart NinjaTrader
- Please go to the Tools menu> select 'Account Connections' and recreate the account connection.

If the issue remains, please send me an email at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com that includes the demo login credentials.

Problem was that I did not select "Demo" when setting up the connection.
