Router blocking Zen Fire

So far the only way I can get streaming data through to my charts is to by
pass the router . It's a Netgear WGR614v6 with up to date firmware . Has any
one else every had this problem ? tia

Unfortunately we are not network experts here. Please check if you have a hardware firewall on your router. Try disabling that to see if it works.

The problem for me wasn't the router . The problem is I'm on a wireless
ISP and Zen fire has just to many ticks for it to keep up . Solution ,different
data provider . hth's
