Permanently uncheck the Global Simulation Mode parameter?

Hi all.

I find it annoying to have to uncheck this every time I launch NinjaTrader (7).

Is there a way to set it so it stays unchecked between sessions?

You will want to go to Tools > Options > Simulator tab, uncheck the box 'Always start in simulation' and press OK

Even though I did uncheck the "Always start in simulation" parm, every time I launch NinjaTrader (7), the Global Simulation Mode is ON and I have to turn it OFF manually...

Is there no way to turn it OFF permanently???

Is the 'Always start in simulation mode' option checked again in the Tools > Options > Data tab?

Are you using the Connect on Startup feature for any connection?

I suppose you meant Tools>Options>Simulator... The answer is: No, since I unchecked it, it has remained unchecked.

And yes, I'm automatically connecting to Kinetick upon launch.

Please disable the Connect on Start up feature for Kinetick

You can do this by going to Tools > Account Connections, selecting the connection and clicking Change

Then in the connection wizard clicking Next, unchecking the box Connect on startup and clicking Next > Next > Finish

I disabled the "Connect on Startup" feature, restarted NinjaTrader and the Global Simulator parm stayed OFF. Thanks!
