Problem with IB - 30 sec chart

Hi, I use NT 7 (sim trading) with Interactive Brokers (with TWS 944.3). Now when I open a 30 second chart, it doesn't download historical data, i.e it only displays candles when I was connected to IB.
I have no problems with higher time frames, so e.g the 1 min chart works without problems and historical data is loaded. Also when i open the 30 sec chart in my TWS it also works.

Interactive Brokers does not supply historical tick data in NinjaTrader.

Second charts are built with tick data

You can save incoming real time data to your PC to be used as historical data later

To do this go to Tools > Options > Data tab, check the box 'Save chart data as historical' and press OK
