ISSUE with Get data from server

Dear NT support,

I would like to kindly ask you for your help on resolving my issue on getting some data into chart from a server from a 3rd party service provider. There is one indicator that downloads data from a server and plots relevant levels on the chart. However, no levels are plotted on the chart due to some connection issue probably.

I tried to resolve it firstly with the service provider (Newbie-Trader) and together we made several possible steps but none of them worked and therefore I am asking you for your help. Could you please advise what could be wrong? If there might be some interference with some other indicators or whatever might be a solution to this?
