How to select an account in Basic Entry (Newbie question)

Hem...

Sorry to have to ask this: how do I change accounts in the Basic Entry window?

Mine is stuck at Sim101. The "Account" dropdown menu displays a grayed-out Sim101. Even though I also have a simulated account at Interactive Brokers, to which I am connected at the moment and which I can see in the "Accounts" tab of the Control Center.

Is there a parameter somewhere that needs to be "activated"???

Thank you for your post.

To select your live account please confirm the following steps have been taken:

* You must have a live license key entered under Help> License Key. (If you are unsure if your license key is live please email me your license key at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.)
* Next ensure that you are connected to your account. To connect to your account, open the File> Connect menu and select your broker account connection.
* Finally, please make sure that Global Simulation Mode is not checked under the Control Center's File menu.

Once you are connected to your broker account using your live licesne key and Global Simulation Mode has been disabled it will be possible to select your live account in any SuperDOM, Chart Trader or Basic Entry window.
