FXCM data

I keep getting these errors:
"Error on loading chart data for '$EURJPY Default': Downloading historical data for $EURJPY failed: Quotes storage is busy too long. Please wait and try operation again"

Anyone else getting these or anyone have an idea on how to address this?

Thank you for your post.

This error indicates that a response to your request for data timed out. Typically, requesting the data again would allow data to load normally.

If requesting data again yields the same error, can you clarify whether you are using FXCM or NinjaTrader historical data servers?

If you are not sure which servers you use with this connection:

• Open the Account Connections menu (Tools > Account Connections) then select your FXCM connection and click Change.
• In the window which appears, click Next and you will see a historical data options list near the bottom of the window.
