FXCM Demo Account : PnL not showing

Hi,

I am running NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.31 and connecting to a NinjaTrader FXCM demo account that I registered for when I downloaded NinjaTrader.

My problem is that none of my account performance is updating. It shows PnL for example when I trade on the demo account on the Charts but nothing is showing on the Accounts Tab in the control center.

Could anyone please assist?

To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Please find screenshot attached. I have been demo trading on this account for about three weeks but none of the data has been updated. You will also see that the start and end dates are way in the past.

Could you can send me your database file? You can send the DB file to me by going to Help -> Email Support and select the Database check box.
