ATM Breakeven was not triggered

Hi,

I had an ATM strategy were breakeven should be triggered at 10 ticks plus. The price was at 12 ticks plus, but the breakeven was not triggered. How could this be? Must the price be at this plus level for a special amount of time or ticks? Or would the event be triggered and the actual price be checked once more from your code and in case of any delay it was now lower than 10 ticks and nothing happens?

Thank you for your post.

Stop Strategy order modifications should trigger an order modification as soon as the trigger price is reached.

So that I can look into this please send me a copy of your log and trace files.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.
