Gain Account and Esignal Historical Data

I have an account with Gain that I switched over to trade with ninjatrader that meets the eligibility requirements to receive esignal data. I filled out the quick form to be able to use esignal for historical data within ninjatrader but have not received a response. I am not sure if I need to speak with Gain or Ninjatrader to get this straightened out. I already have a user name and password for the esignal forex charts that I have used for a while now. What steps do I need to take?

Ok, I spoke with Gain and they seem to have no clue. I do have access to the forex charts by esignal provided by Gain, I have had access to them for several months before I switched to ninjatrader. They asked if I am able to use that for historical data, so now I will ask you lol. I attempted to add an esignal connection using my user name and password but that did not work.

I believe you are referring to the complimentary eSignal feed through Gain. If so, this data feed is not supported in NinjaTrader. More information can be found in the link below.
