wrong user name and password

dear ninja trader,

thank you for taking the time.

I am unable to log into my ninja trader account suddenly. As i try to log into my ninja trader continumm it kept saying login fail, invalid username or password.

Now it shows " trading account has been automatically logged out"

May i know how to go about this. also, is there a specific e-mail to send questions to with regards to technicalities of the platform, that way I do note spam the forum!

The most common mistake is including a space before or after the username and / or password.
