Error when loading charts

How do I fix this error? I get this when I type stocks in the chart window

I am typing in something very commonly traded -- DPK and I have a subscription to this data





I also get another error when adding $XLE
it says IB was unable to locate instrument- verify symbol mapping.

I seem to only get these errors with IB broker but all my symbols in TD ameritrade work and I do not get the errors.
