Continuum Connection

It says that I'm connected to the Continuum, but the nothing is moving on my chart, and am unable to bring up a trade by right-clicking within the chart? The Super-DOM has no price movements neither???

What instrument and expiry have you selected? (For example: ES 06-16)

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I am using CL 05-16, and yes I get the following error msg after attempting to place a trade thru the control panel.... "There is no market data available to drive the simulation engine"?

So that I can look in to this further please contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

The trace file is a diagnostic file which is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the file named 'trace.20160407.txt'.
