Connected to continuum but no data

Hi guys

I have a problem with my demo account from continuum.

I add the demo account to connections and the green ball pops up indicating that I'm connected to the account.

The problem is that the plataform itselve doesn't show any data or any charts to load. It's all black and I can't actually do anything.

I've attached a foto of how my desktop looks like once I'm connected.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong so I would apreciate any kind of help.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?


(For a chart) what interval is selected?


Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
