Historical data charting issue

I'm having an issue loading historical data on certain products. I'm unable to load a chart for any product outside of crude oil. Every time I've tried to open is giving me this error:

error on loading chart data for 'sp 06-16 globex': error (errserversidenotentitled) on loading historical data. For all other products outside the emini sp it would say (errserversideinvalidsymbol)


1. I've contacted the broker's technical team multiple times and they assure me I have live data access to all of the cme products.

2. I've tried multiple products ranging from heating oil to currencies to indexes and metals and softs and the error prompt is the same.

3. I've tried selecting the problem products on the control center and the all the columns on the open high low bid and ask display n/a. That goes for all products I've tried all except for the CL.


Any ideas?

So that I can look in to this please follow up with me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

The trace file is a diagnostic file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the file named 'trace.20160404.txt'.
