Why does my Ninja Trader say I have 246 active working orders?

I opened my N/T last night, and then disconnected my live feed so I could connect to Market Replay. But a N/T message popped up that said I had 246 working orders, am I sure I want to shut down? I clicked YES and connected to Market Replay. This morning I did the same thing, and got the same message. Is this going to be an issue when the market opens again? How do I get rid of these working orders? I didn't place these orders. I don't know how they got there.
