back up installation licence question?

Just wanted to confirm if my findings are correct?

I have a version of NT8 running on my main PC and have a laptop that I have installed a second version of NT8.

The laptop is only for a back up and I have no intentions of running both laptop and PC at the same time. It is just in case my Main PC dies on me while trading.

Both versions of NT8 have the same Licence number and share the same connection through FXCM.

So as long as I have ONLY ONE computer running at any time, am I going to be ok running this way?

Your understand is correct - provided that NinjaTrader is running on only one PC at a time this type of setup is perfectly fine.
