NSE live charts not loading /Esignal to ninjatrader

I have esignal as datafeed , for NSE exchange only daily charts are being loaded in ninjatrader , 1 mintue ,60 min charts is giving 104 error , kindly help .

What error message do you receive when you try to load the minute charts?
If possible please provide a screen shot of the message.
To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

Hello,
In your eSignal Connection do you have the International Tick Server Host configured?
You can check this in NinjaTrader 7 by going to Tools> Account Connections > Select your eSignal connection > press "Change" > press "Next" > press "Next" > You should see fields to enter in your eSignal account information one of the fields being International Tick Server Host.
