Simulation chart does not work, no movements, no fluctuations, or population on the c

When I pull up the es-mini simulation chart it does not show any fluctuations or movements population. The control panel, superdome & chart trader bid & asks are all showing movements & fluctuations but the chart itself does not show any movements, fluctuations or chart population. I right click on the chart, but the reload all historic data is greyed out. How do I fix this so the chart is populating data showing movements & fluctuations.

Thank you for writing in and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum!

This is occurring due to being outside of session hours. You'll need to change the session template to Default 24/7.

To do this, right-click on the chart and select Data Series.

Once the Data Series window pops up, you'll need to change the Session template section within the Data category to Default 24/7. Once you have done this, click on OK.
