Ninja with Tradestation email interface

Hello. I just recently got Ninja to interface with TS via email notification. My strategy is currently set to 2 contracts on the ES, and sometimes NT seems to not follow TS exactly. I'll be in 4 or 6 contracts instead of 2 as per the strategy.

Any tips or options that I may have overlooked that will fix this? I have my ATI TS order handling set to "submit as-is" and "convert unfilled amount to market after 3 seconds". Then a 20 second sync timeout. My stop order settings are "convert to simulated stop mkt". Should I check "submit market order if stop order was rejected" ?

Hello Ben,

Yes, it is recommended that you select Submit market order on TS fill.

If this does not help please provide additional information regarding your strategy so I can set it up on my end and see what setting is incorrect.
