Rendering of orders flow

Hello,
I have a problem with rendering chart 6E 06-16 as you can see on the picture. While the data is receiving the chart is sometimes without mistakes but sometimes not. I have the last one upgrade of NT7 and Win10. Can you please help me how to fix the data receiving every time?

I cannot display numbers of contracts in different chart than templates order flow. What were you exactly asking for? This problem I can see only with chart 6E...

Thanks for your reply.
We need to confirm if there is anything with NinjaTrader that is incorrect or if it is just your order flow that is not working as expected. If it is order flow that is not working but NinjaTrader is good, you would need to work with the vendor of order flow to find the cause and a resolution.
If there is no issues with the data of a plain 6E 06-16 minute chart, the vendor can assist further.

the vendor of order flow said that everything is OK, he has no problems. How can I know that the fault is in NT?

Thanks for your reply.
Open up a 6E 06-16 5 minute chart with no custom indicator/scripts applied. Apply the VOL indicator. Look for any missing or incorrect data.

If there are no discrepancies in NinjaTrader and you only have items display incorrectly when using the custom script, you will need to work with the vendor to find the cause. This may be just something needs to get reinstalled, it may need some settings adjusted, etc. The vendor would need to look into what is resulting in their script not working though when everything else with NinjaTrader is working as expected.
