Missing CL and BRN datas

Hi everybody

I'm missing the datas of the above mentioned instruments (CL and BRN): is a problem of NinjaTrader or mine?

Hello Emanuele67,

The issue with the BRN futures is caused by incorrect rollover dates. It will be fixed in our next release of NinjaTrader 7. You can manually correct it in the meantime as follows.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, type BRN in the Name field and hit Search. Highight the BRN and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab and scroll to the bottom. Click the 'Contract Months' row and click the '...' button that appears. This will open a new window with the expiry months and rollover dates. Please change the roll over dates to the dates below.

Once changed, please click OK and remove/re-add the BRN 05-16 to your instrument list for the changes to take effect. Instructions can be found at the link below.

Click OK in the Instrument Manager and create a new BRN 05-16 chart or reload historical data in existing charts.

There should not be an issue with the CL 05-16. Do you load data if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

To what data feed/broker do you connect in NinjaTrader?

Thank you very much: now the instruments work.
The last two weeks I had both stopped at a certain date, I don't remember which, without any movement at all.
I'm using CQG as data broker
