Interactive Brokers - No Level One data

For some bizarre reason i only have level II data on my HKFE markets. So no prints, no charts updating, just the depth showing....any ideas here guys?

Can you please send me your log and trace files, so I can investigate. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Interactive Brokers - No Level One data' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

I have the same issue with IB and NT8, charting Nasdaq equities.

I seem to connect to IB with no issues, and have all Level 2 data in the market depth window, however, no live prints/ live charts.

For future reference, please post any NinjaTrader 8 items in the NinjaTrader 8 section of the support forum.

What TWS version do you have installed? You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkstation in TWS.

Do you receive realtime data if you select a Nasdaq stock in the Order Ticket window. You can open the Order Ticket window at Control Center-->New.
