Certain ETF from Interactivebrokers not loadding

Hello,

I have kinetick connection and it is working fine for my NT7.

Sometimes, I like to connect with TWS (interactivebrokers) and it works for most instruments like stock, futures etc.
However, recently I cannot load the prices data from TWS to NT7for certain ETFs namely: VXX, XIV and BIB. But for ETF IBB it works OK...

Please help.

Hello Rai,

These instruments are not present by default, so I assume you created the instruments manually. Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager. Highlight one of the affected instruments and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab and check if a symbol map is entered in the Interactive Brokers row. It needs to contain the same symbol you enter in TWS. If not, please do so and click OK. Click OK in the Instrument Manager and restart NinjaTrader for the changes to take effect.
