Missing Eurex data on ninjatrader servers

For the week from January 27, 2014 to January 31, 2014 there is no minute data available on the ninjatrader servers for the instruments FDAX and FESX.

Am I correct you connect to NinjaTrader Continuum?

There is no data for 1/30 and 1/31 because the FDAX and FESX did not trade on these dates (weekend). When I test NinjaTrader Continuum, I do load minute data for 1/27, 1/28 and 1/29.

Do you load the missing data if you right click in the chart and you select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

I dont get any data for this week in 2014
Here is the eurex trading calendar for that year and the historical data manager

Sorry I assumed you referred to 2016. I see you are referring to 2014.

When I test it on my end, I only load minute data up to 1/24 and then it goes over into 2/3. I will send a report to our server team. Thank you for reporting.

No data for that week in all instruments

Still not being fixed
I just recognized, that there is no data available for all instruments, not only eurex. Whether daily, minute or tick data.

When I test it on my end, I load the missing data for the FDAX but not for the FESX. Can you please send me an email at platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Att Jason, Missing Eurex data on ninjatrader servers' in the subject header.
