Esignal: Enable Tracing

What does it mean when "Enable Tracing" is selected in the Account Connection setup for Esignal?

Does this mean we can trace the activity between NT and the Esignal Data Manager or between the Data Manager and the Esignal servers? If so, where are the log files written?

This is an option only to be enabled at the request of a NinjaTrader Customer Service rep. It used by use to debug if required.

Can you elaborate on what info it provides you?

I often get charts hanging forever or sometimes for 30-60 seconds. It would be nice to see if there is a pending data request to Esignal or not.
