Not receiving any data

Hi,

I have set up my new connection but I'm not receiving any data. It says I am connected in the Control Center and I am receiving data in my other connection. All suggestions are appreciated.

Hello Martin,

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

(For a chart) what interval is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I tried resetting the instruments as suggested in alot of posts here which seemed to have helped. If I have further issues I will let you know. Thanks for your prompt reply.
