Connection and Loading issue

Hi I am having loading issues after I connect.
It was fine Friday(today's Europe monday).

Can I send my log files and screen shots?

I have been running both nt7 and nt8 on the same cpu fine. At the moment I've tried keeping nt8 off. But no avail.

I've tried just loading a 1min chart on the 3day load.
Note the vertical axis does not load correctly, it shows 0.25 vs the sp500 normal numbers and no time on horizontal axis.
