read from file in web

Hello,

I tried to find out how to read from a file in web. I imported the sample streamreader but I dont understand how to substitute eg

private string path = @"C:\data\values.txt";

by

https://www.dropbox.com/s/85yz7rr2abcfg4/values.txt?dl=0

which is the path to the file in dropbox and to use a txt or csv file from dropbox.

Thank you for writing in.

It would be a more involved process to read a file from the internet rather than your local machine.
