XAU and GVZ symbol map in IB - Interactive Brokers

I try download historical data, so do a chart.
But with connected with Interactive Brokers

If I have read well in IB they have:
symbol in IB + I + echange

So, tehre woulkd be:
XAUIPHLX
and
GVZICBOE

It is correct? I do not be able download.

The Gold/Silver index is preconfigured in NinjaTrader with the symbol mapping XAU for Interactive Brokers. The symbol to chart this in NinjaTrader is ^XAU.

For the GVZ try just GVZ as the symbol mapping. The mapping set "symbol" + | + Exchange is not that common.
Please let us know if the GVZ does not work for the symbol mapping.

I know to load chart data what I have write.

What I want know is what I have put in the Symbol Map, what I have put for download by Interactive Brokers is the symbol + I + echange or not? or something especific in this case?

What you have entered is Symbol + | + exchange, this is not a common symbol mapping format for indexes with Interactive Brokers. I have been able to set this up on my end with GVZ as the symbol mapping. With Interactive Brokers it is common to be just the symbol. If you use smart routing though it would be GVZ|SMART

Is how write above GVZICBOE.... perhaps can put SMART.
but.... i see "I" and not "|"
this is the error....
I put I upper letter i ...
and not
| (in my keyborad in above \ and left the number 1)
