missing historical data

I miss 15 days of history on the CAC 40 of 01/01/2016 to 15/01/2016 I made reload all historical data but it does not work.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What interval is selected? tick, minute, day

i'am connected with cqg and yes it's green, it's day candlebar; i have delate data in db and reload all historical data and reopen ninja but it doesnt work.
