loads tooo many contracts

i have spent a couple of days trying to get ninjatrader7 to load correctly.
I have a workspace with only 1 chart. BUT at the bottom of control center i can see it (slowly) loading dozens of different instruments and contract months, many of which are from years ago.
I want it only to load the last instrument I used.
Some of them are not even proper contratcs , just ones where perhaps I incorrectly entered the name- and those i have to manually close the pop up box. where it says "error on loading chart daat . Invalid symbol"

I have a state of the art computer with as much memory etc as you can buy.

Ninja8 loads faster but all my indicators are programmed for 7.

The trace file is a diagnostic file which you will find in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the file named 'trace.20160320.txt'.
