Vertical line on price panel based on a event

I am wondering if I can add a vertical line on price panel only based on moving average crossover, I want to control the color and thickness. I also want to color the background of the price panel after the vertical line. How do I add both of these functionalities as toggle. I do have the indicator.

I am not sure I understand what you are referring to as toggle or what indicator you are referring to.

The indicator, "Moving Average CrossBuilder" available in the forums file sharing section can provide some of the functionality you are looking for. Here is a brief description of the indicator: "This indicator allows you to define moving average cross conditions in the indicator parameters. It provides some actions you can set to indicate crossovers for these moving averages. Current actions are: alert, draw, color change, and email. All actions offer user customization. "
