M6B and M6E data issue

M6B and M6E data issue
I am not getting the correct data for M6B and M6E today. I am showing less than 100 for the volume on both? Anyone else seeing this? Any ideas on how to fix it? I am using the 06-16 contracts for both.Tags: None

The exchange is reporting very little volume for these instruments:
M6B contract specs
M6E contract specs
I would expect data to come through very slowly into NinjaTrader from your data provider for these instruments due to the low volume.

When I load charts I see bars printing sporadically with very little volume throughout the entire day today for both of these instruments.This is expected due to the low volume.
I see zero volume printing now in both links. Total volume for these instruments is incredibly low. You can check this by clicking on the Volume tab in the link I provided.

I understand that the volume is low but something is wrong here....My charts don't show a bar for the 17th and the 1440 min bar for the 16th only shows a volume of 93 contracts. This can't be right. This product generally trades around 10,000 contracts per day. So zero and 93 contracts over the last 2 days can't be right. Try loading a 90 day 1440 minute chart for either product and you will see that something is not working correctly. Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

I just received this reply from my email to platform support
Historical data is missing for this instrument since the 15th and our server team will look into resolving this during the weekend maintenance.
Do I still need to send those files or is just the missing historical data?
